This conference brings together high school students in the Los Angeles Area to hone their leadership skills and encourage their involvement in public service. Students will participate in skills-building workshops and discussions, meet and hear from influential women, and learn valuable communication and relationship-building skills. Breakfast and lunch are provided.

Held each year in honor of Women’s History Month, this conference has helped hundreds of young students become more civically engaged. Some program participants have gone on to work in government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and the offices of local, state, and federal elected officials. The conference is free and open to all high school-aged students.
