The Yoga series is a moderate, all levels class series designed for those who want to start yoga, get back to yoga, or just keep up some basic mobility, flexibility and agility. These classes take into consideration that we all have limited space, time and attention span and aim to relieve stress, increase vitality and create a safe space to move and be still, to breathe and let go.
