Join us at the Lyon Center on March 20th from 5pm-8pm for Women’s Night, a women-only fitness event! This event offers various workshops including yoga to aid PMS symptoms, how to write your own fitness programs, squat technique, bench press technique, deadlift technique, an F45 demo, and a nutrition & strength training Q&A. This is a free event, and limited spots are available, so make sure to sign up via the registration link starting March 1st as soon as possible! A free shirt will be provided while supplies last, so arrive early the day of. 

Events are open to all USC Students. Recreational Sports operates its programs in accordance with USC’s Notice of Non-Discrimination.
