Luana Zagami, PhD Student in Chemistry
Luana is a 4th year PhD student in Chemistry, working in the Inkpen Lab. She received her B.S. at the University of Eastern Piedmont Amedeo Avogadro (Italy).
Probing Supernovae Progenitors using Light Curves
Anna Haynie, PhD Candidate in Physics and Astronomy
Anna is a 5th year PhD candidate in Physics & Astronomy working as a USC-Carnegie Fellow at Carnegie Observatories. Her research focuses on analytic and numerical modeling of the death of massive stars to be able to understand the diversity of stellar explosions that we observe in nature. Anna is also interested in science communication and outreach and has experience working with the Letters to a Pre-Scientist and Skype-a-Scientist programs.
