The USC Initiative on Digital Competition invites you to reflect on What Does Proposed Antitrust Legislation Mean in the Courtroom?, a workshop highlighting practical implications of antitrust legislation. Panelists will provide legal perspectives on firm behavior and strategy. Participants will listen and learn about the application of antitrust to business practices. The session will conclude with a general question/answer period involving all participants and will last one hour.
