Matt Muehleisen, India Epps, and Odyssey McNeill - three corporate recruiters for the Novolex Talent Acquisition team - will share insights on how they ended up in recruiting, what some of our main responsibilities are, some of the positions we recruit for, and general tips for success when speaking to recruiters and hiring managers. 

We will discuss how we prepare for the interview (research into the candidate, questions we prepare to ask and answer, how we aim to create a positive candidate experience) and share insight on some of the entry-level roles we work on.  We will also be prepared to answer any questions that may come up through the duration of the presentation.
