Start Your Transition From Classroom to the Boardroom

At Wells Fargo your voice is powerful. We understand our success comes from inviting, listening and incorporating diverse perspectives. The Black or African American Graduating Seniors Forum invites graduating seniors interested in careers in finance. If selected, you will have the opportunity in this full day session to showcase your unique assets, and learn from and network with Wells Fargo leaders. Additionally, select high-performing participants will have an opportunity to apply for a full time position and have a career discussion with one of our program recruiters.

Requirements for participation:

  • Self-identify as Black or African American
  • Expected graduation date between December 2022 and Spring 2023
  • Resume

Students involved with relevant student organizations (i.e. NABA, sororities and fraternities, and MLT) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Speakers will include Wells Fargo business leaders, employee network leaders, recruiters and other special guests focused on assisting you with your transition from the classroom and sharing information about our programs.
