What is Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB)

The Consumer, Small & Business Banking team serves consumer, small, and business banking customers through digital channels, numerous retail branches, ATMs, and customer service centers. You will join a high-impact team delivering key product capabilities and strategic insights for one of the top banks in the world. You will also help develop innovative solutions to complex problems and drive value for our consumer and business banking customers. 

Who Should attend

• Students interested in business analysis, innovation, design thinking, product strategy, marketing, project management, and data & analytics.  
• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026.
• Students interested in creating new innovative approaches to banking 

Consumer Intern Program Highlights:

• Business Development: Gain experience in strategy, innovation, data and analytics, customer experience, product strategy, and brand strategy. 
• Professional Training: Enhance skills leveraging analytic tools, design thinking, strategy development, business analytics, and problem-solving capabilities.
