Moderator of NBC News’ Meet The Press, Chuck Todd, is the network’s preeminent voice for political coverage. He will join us after co-moderating the Democratic primary debate in Las Vegas to lead a discussion with pollster and strategist Joel Benenson on their shared Jewish upbringing and the latest from the 2020 presidential election.
About Chuck Todd:
Chuck Todd, NBC News political director and moderator of Meet the Press, spearheads the network’s premier political coverage, offering insider analysis and translation of Beltway politics across all platforms – zeroing in on what really matters in Washington and why.
Todd has earned the reputation as one of Washington’s most respected political journalist, paving the way for Meet the Press to become the #1 Sunday public affairs program, winning across the board for the 2018-2019 broadcast season.
The success of the Sunday program inspired the 5 p.m. weekday show on MSNBC, MTP Daily. Both the MSNBC show and The Chuck ToddCast showcase Todd’s hard-hitting interviewing style, expanding the longest-running show in television history into the modern age. In Nov. 2017, the brand commemorated its 70th anniversary, launching its first-ever film festival, The Meet the Press Film Festival in Collaboration with the American Film Institute (AFI).
About Joel Benenson:
Joel Benenson, founder and CEO of the Benenson Strategy Group, is one of the leading political and corporate strategists in the world. Benenson led the award-winning research and polling programs for President Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns and is the only Democratic pollster in history to have played a leading role in three winning presidential campaigns. Throughout his career as a pollster and strategist, he has been a trusted advisor to heads of state, political leaders, Fortune 100 companies and their CEOs, and leaders of major advocacy and nonprofit institutions.
