The Management Rotation Program (MRP) Manager position is designed to accelerate the early development of these individuals by offering the opportunity to experience several rotational assignments within a business function.

Greater exposure to various departments within the business and a better understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim 
 

Positions in the following business functions for 2021 will be sponsored in:

Finance/Controlling
Human Resources
Human Pharmaceuticals
 

A Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) executive will sponsor the program, which will consist of:

Several rotations (approximately 6 -8 months per rotation) within the specific business function over a period of two to three years
A minimum of three years of business experience is required (industry experience preferred). This could include either a domestic or international rotation, contingent upon business needs.
