Are you new to yoga and don’t know where to start? Or an experienced yogi interested in brushing up on your skills? This 5-week intro to yoga series will take you through all the fundamentals- including the most common poses and sequences you’ll find in any class. After completion, students will feel empowered to practice anywhere safely and confidently.
