In this 60 minute class, prepare to drop into your body through movement; connect with your breath; and build strength, mobility, and resilience on and off the mat. Come to class as you are, leave feeling a little lighter and ready to take on whatever life has in store for you. This class is accessible for all levels—whether it’s your 1st yoga class or your 1000th.

Over the 15+ years of her steady yoga practice, Jennie has practiced with and been inspired by esteemed teachers including Sara Ivanhoe, Patti Quintero, Anaswara, and Kyle Miller. Jennie completed her 200hr Teacher Training with Love Yoga in 2019.
