This 60-minute vinyasa class is a fun and well-balanced, yet challenging flow. It is a moving meditation that will be focused on the breath. The sequence includes a thorough, juicy warm-up followed by a graceful standing flow with some arm balance and core work for added spice. Often this class will culminate in a peak pose. The focus of class remains on internal sensation rather than aesthetics. Yogis of all levels are welcomed into class and will be offered up/down levels throughout.
