Interactive discussions to explore the high-level USC Values Poll results in more detail, discuss current and desired values and behaviors, and share examples of strengths (what’s going well) and areas to improve around systems and processes. Sessions are facilitated by internal USC Facilitators and Advocates and external consultants. Sessions are 2 hours. 

They are ideal for participants who are not able to join in-person/campus sessions to engage and be involved. Information shared is anonymous and confidential.
