Abstract: In this talk, we discuss Lagrangian cobordisms in R⁴ between smooth knots. We define enriched knot diagrams of knots, which turns out to be a good framework to develop obstructions to the existence of Lagrangian cobordisms. We present some such obstructions arising from studying moduli spaces of holomorphic disks with boundaries on a Lagrangian tangle, which is an immersed Lagrangian surface we define. Time permitting we discuss difficulties in developing algebraic invariants or capacities that capture these obstructions.
