 en useful\, the biological insights that can be derived from them are limi
 ted. Performing *experiments* with single-cell RNA-seq technologies is cha
 llenging\, but potentially much more rewarding. I will discuss some of the
  computational and experimental tools that we've been developing to facili
 tate single-cell RNA-seq experiments\, and demonstrate their use in an a s
 tudy of cell-type specific starvation responses of Clytia medusa.\n\nHost:
