Dr Crooks will describe development of “artificial thymic organoids” a method that allows engineered T cells to be generated in vitro from hematopoietic and pluripotent stem cells, providing an experimental model of human and murine thymopoiesis, as well as a potential off-the-shelf approach for T cell immunotherapy.
