In partnership with the Pasadena Public Library, join educators from the USC Pacific Asia Museum to explore Asian cultures, arts, and practices through storytelling and hands-on art-making!

Listen to the story Nimesh the Adventurer by Ranjit Singh and Mehrdokht Amini which tells the story of a boy whose wild imagination helps him transform ordinary places into magical experiences. Then, create your own imaginary scene out of a simple room by using drawing and collage techniques.

You can pick up a Take and Make kit anytime between July 1 and July 20 from the library branch that you choose, and then join us on Zoom for a story, a peek at some of the museum's collection objects, and an art project!

Register for your spot through the library link!
