Join GSG in celebrating Earth Week with Kraftlabs with this live cook-along* with Anne-Marie Bonneau, author of The Zero-Waste Chef cookbook, to prepare a delicious pot of soup that clears out your refrigerator to save you money. Anne-Marie will also share strategies that transform food scraps in your kitchen into delicious new dishes before they can become waste.
