USC Games is holding its second annual Computer Science/Engineering Career Connection, and its first virtual one!

This year, employers will participate in the Career Connection to recruit for full-time, part-time, and paid internship opportunities using Brazen, a virtual career fair platform.

The experience is best described as “speed dating” between potential employers and candidates, where students and companies can spend a maximum of 10 minutes to text, audio or video chat and–based on that exchange–companies will then follow up with candidates who are good fits.

  • The focus for the Career Connection is on Computer Science/Engineering students as a priority; if a Company has a specific need or opening outside of the Engineering discipline, they will include that in the Company's booth description.
    • The format is—for lack of a better term—10 minute “speed match” chat and/or video conference
    • Goal is to determine a mutual fit in that exchange
    • Employers will follow up with candidates they’re interested in for a longer interview, post-event

Interested Students who want to participate, please go here for information on how to sign up.
