In this practical and fun class, we will explore mindfulness, compassion and self-compassion practices (along with some tried-and-true parenting guides, your own inner resources, and the shared wisdom of the group) to help you stay present and kind while parenting in 2020. We will find practices that "work for you" to create additional balance, ease and joy as we navigate the end of this unprecedented year. This class will be a mix of meditations, discussions, and experiential learning. No prior meditation experience is necessary! Appropriate for parents of children of all ages.
