Title: On regular Lagrangian cobordisms

Abstract: I will discuss recent work on regular Lagrangian cobordisms in 4-dimensional symplectizations, the main theme being the relationship between regularity and decomposability. One result concludes decomposability from regularity after one Legendrian stabilization, while another result on satelliting suggests that regularity is distinct from decomposability in general. For context, I will survey various refinements of “symplectic slice-ribbon” and compare and contrast the situation with smooth slice-ribbon.
