Bollywood Bites brings a three-day pop-up to the Upstairs space featuring a menu crafted exclusively for USC by Monsoon Kitchen’s Corporate Executive Chef, Srinivas “Chef Srini” Ramachandran. With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Srini is known for creating fresh, flavorful Indian and fusion dishes that celebrate tradition while exploring global influences.

Whether you grew up with these flavors, love authentic Indian food, or want to try something new, this pop-up offers something special for every palate. Guests can look forward to vibrant dishes made with care, cultural integrity, and a commitment to healthy, bold flavors.

All orders must be placed in advance through the Campus Dining app. Meal plan participants may use Dining Dollars or Discretionary.
