A social impact organization that is dedicated to leveling the playing field for historically underrepresented college students, recent grads, and young professionals of color by providing free career exploration, application and interview support, as well as access to paid summer internships and full-time jobs.

At Enrich Scholars, we recruit racially underrepresented students (Asian, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, etc) to join our program. Our goal is to help you reach your full potential and to set you up for professional success. As an Enrich Scholar, you'll have access to 1-on-1 coaching, application and interview support, and job/internship matching with our partner companies, as well as networking events with other Enrich Scholars to build your professional network/community.

We currently have have summer 2024 internship opportunities in the following industries with our Corporate Partners: Finance, Cyber Security, and Technology for both Sophomores and Juniors!
