Centerview Partners is a leading global investment banking advisory firm with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Palo Alto and San Francisco. Our firm is unique in that we take a “One Firm” approach to deliver unmatched and independent advice to all of our clients. We provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, valuation, and capital structure to companies, institutions and governments. We also have a focus on strategic advisory, where we work with our clients in areas not traditionally covered by investment banking advisory services in areas where we act as a partner in discussing strategic, financial and operational issues.
Centerview’s summer analyst program offers a truly unique and differentiated opportunity for juniors. In the independent advisory firm model, summer analysts play a vital role on teams that are leaner than those of typical investment banks. As a result, analysts should expect regular interaction with both senior Centerview professionals and clients. We are a flat organization that fosters thought leadership and has a strong commitment to professional development.
Since our founding in 2006, our advisory business has advised on over $3 trillion worth of transactions. Our clients include over 20% of the 50 largest companies in the world by market capitalization, and we have been involved in many of the largest and most complex corporate situations and transactions.
