Travel & Expense Portal Workshops are in-person training sessions in which users will receive hands-on assistance from the subject matter experts on the following:

  • University Policy
  • Updating the Profile
  • Using Mobile Apps
  • Booking Travel
  • Processing Reimbursements  
  • Approvals & Workflow
  • Q&A (One-on-One)

Business Services encourages users to come to the workshop prepared with questions and ready to log-in to the Travel & Expense Portal to take full advantage of this opportunity.

To register:

  • Click on the Registration button;
  • Type in the name of the event (Travel & Expense Workshops) in the TrojanLearn search field;
  • Click on the event name; and
  • Click on the Assign button
