Travel & Expense Open Labs are live hands-on portal training sessions with a university facilitator for specific questions on the following:

• Updating your profile
• Travel Booking
• Processing a request
• Processing an expense report
• Approvals
• Best practices

The session will be held in a computer lab. To log into the computer, you will utilize your USC NetID (username) and password.  You will also need to be able to Duo two-factor authentication via a mobile device to access Travel & Expense Portal.

To register:

• Click on the Registration button;
• Type in the name of the event in the TrojanLearn search field;
• Click on the event name; and
• Click on the Assign button
