Value-based care and population health management have shifted emphases from the prevention and management of chronic conditions to mitigation of the pandemic and its associated crises and infodemic. Pharmacists, in their nodal roles spanning the pharmaceutical industry, including academia, therapeutic innovation, benefit and care management, hospital, retail and patient assistance, have unique opportunities to impact the pandemic and health inequities. This webinar will share survey insights gained from health systems and plans regarding their shifting population health priorities, evolving practices, and collaboration interests since the onset of COVID-19.
