July 9 – Mindful self-care

Let’s put mindfulness into practice to powerfully maintain our equilibrium as we deal with emotional fluctuations.

July 16 – Mindful parenting and COVID-19
Jessica Ayala, LCSW
How to develop strategies that will create consistent practices to strengthen your capacity for self-care and supportive parenting for your kiddos.

July 23 – Compassion and kindness
Linda Snouffer, LCSW
In order to support one another in these difficult times, we will explore how to do compassion-driven acts of kindness throughout your day. This will increase positivity regarding humanity and social connection at work and in your home life.

July 30 – Reset your mindset
Angela DiBlasi, LCSW
This Thriving Thursday addresses using cognitive behavioral techniques to reframe negative thoughts into positive thoughts and understanding the benefits of a gratitude journal. Also, experience heart math stress management breathing techniques.
