This session discusses the violence of historical narratives that overlook USC’s ties to white supremacy and proposes ways students and faculty can more fully confront the depth of anti-blackness by institutional leaders such as Rufus VonKleinsmid in order to improve our contemporary culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus.
