DESCRIPTION:The Mercer Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Summit gives college und
 ergrads the opportunity to learn more about what Mercer consultants do on 
 a day-to-day basis. The event is hosted by our Business Resource Groups (s
 imilar to on-campus organizations)\, which foster diversity and inclusion 
 in the workplace\, encourage community engagement\, and help young profess
 ionals grow within their careers. \n\nJuniors and Sophomores are invited t
 o attend - this is a great way to get your foot in the door for full-time 
 and internship recruiting in the Fall. We also have several Summer 2019 in
 ternship opportunities available for juniors\, and we hope to fill these p
