The Mercer Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Summit gives college undergrads the opportunity to learn more about what Mercer consultants do on a day-to-day basis. The event is hosted by our Business Resource Groups (similar to on-campus organizations), which foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace, encourage community engagement, and help young professionals grow within their careers. 

Juniors and Sophomores are invited to attend - this is a great way to get your foot in the door for full-time and internship recruiting in the Fall. We also have several Summer 2019 internship opportunities available for juniors, and we hope to fill these positions with D&I Summit attendees!
