Join us each week for a grounding, heart-opening mindfulness-in-action experience rooted in service, community, and caring for the land. We’ll come together to tend the gardens and grounds of the University Religious Center—pulling weeds, planting, sweeping, watering, and gently nurturing the spaces that nurture us. Robin Mitchell Stroud, Director of Student Engagement Programs at the URC, leads each session with a warm, welcoming spirit, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and invited to pitch in!
