Professor Edward J. McCaffery is the Robert C. Packard Trustee Chair in Law and Professor of Law, Economics and Political Science. He will talk about recent trends in tax policy, including the Tax Cut and Jobs Act passed at the end of 2017.  He also will discuss and show videos from a non-profit project that he began with USC students, The People's Tax Page.  Bring your popcorn!
