This 4-unit Problems without Passports (PwP) course will explore the history of armed conflict, peace processes and the challenges of peacebuilding. The program is based on the campus of the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. Possible major credit in Contemporary Latino/Latin American Studies; History; International Relations; Law, History & Culture; NGOs & Social Change, and Political Science. Students must always receive written confirmation about recibing major/minor credit from their academic advisor.
Spanish language ability is helpful but not required.
