Guest speaker Linda Huber, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Nixon Peabody LLC, will explore elements of artificial intelligence and considerations to take with respect to inventorship, ownership, subject matter eligibility for patents, and trade secrets. Non-IP issues, such as transparency in the context of regulatory approval, will also be discussed.
NOTE: This seminar will be offered on two successive days once on the UPC campus (Feb. 19) and once on the HSC campus (Feb. 20). Please be sure to RSVP for the appropriate venue:
