At the heart of the world’s religious and spiritual traditions are meditative and contemplative practices. Experience and explore them through The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life’s SPIRITUAL PRACTICES groups. These groups welcome all students and staff for any or all sessions, whether or not they are affiliated with any faith tradition.
