The Annual Southern California Public Interest Career Day, co-sponsored by USC and 12 other Southern California Law Schools, is hosted at the UCLA School of Law, (71 Dodd Hall, Los Angeles, CA 90071) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and prescheduled interviews will be for the full day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Representatives from more than 100 public interest organizations, public sector agencies and private firms and students from Southern California law schools will be at UCLA for a day dedicated to the celebration of public service.  The day's activities will include informal lunchtime discussions, table-talk and a panel discussion in the afternoon. This will be a great opportunity to meet with public service representatives and get valuable information about the field as well as specific organizations.  Be sure to get there early to participate in the activities. Law students may bring copies of their resume to give representatives at the information tables.  (There will be organizations that are currently hiring but not participating in the interviewing component that day). Dress is business casual.  However, we strongly recommend business attire if you are interviewing.  Pre-registration is not required to take part in the day.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
