In this bi-weekly workshop, students will explore practices for increasing mindfulness around how we talk to ourselves—tips for developing a healthier relationship with ourselves and helpful habits to build self-compassion. Students will leave with greater awareness, skills, strategies, and practices promoting increased self-esteem and social confidence.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
