The SMART-VR Center and the USC Institute for Addiction Science are teaming up for a SMART-VR talk on "VR & Addiction Therapy"! The talk will be on April 27th @ 10:30-11:30 AM PT! Speakers will be Heather Frye (Clinical Director of Recovery Centers of America at Bracebridge Hall) and Alexandre Dussaud (Clinical Psychologist at C2Care). The talk will be hosted by IAS's Eric Pedersen (Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences)! Join us to learn about the various ways virtual reality is being used as a tool to treat addiction, including for meditation and breath work as well as for exposure therapy.
