Students interested in joining a workshop should go to MySHR and checkout the “workshops” tab for current dates/times.

In this workshop, students will learn that sleep is a common concern and critical for academic performance. Get the lowdown on the impacts of poor sleep, how sleep works, and learn useful coping skills to improve sleep.
