 ntry.  A recent study at Yale University found that SKY Happiness Retreat 
 significantly reduces stress\, depression\, and has a long-lasting positiv
 e impact on mental health\, mindfulness\, positive emotion and social conn
 ectedness. \n\n \n\nThe SKY Happiness Retreat introduces SKY Meditation\, 
 an evidence-based meditation practice integrated with breath work that can
  significantly increase one's well-being and calmness\, and significantly 
 reduce anxiety and stress markers. The course features interactive group p
 rocesses\, experiential learning\, emotional intelligence training\, breat
 hwork\, and evidence-based meditation. It's a place to connect with yourse
 lf\, make new friends\, and most importantly\, have fun.\n\n \n\nWhat stud
 ents and administrators are saying: Students Revitalize Their Mind In 3 Da
 ys  \n\n \n\nWe're happy to share that the SKY Happiness Retreat is fully 
 funded for USC students only. Availability is first-come-first-serve\, by
