In our first week of the new school year, our PE Welcome Session will explore the power of intention to support mental, physical, and academic well-being. Mindfulness in intentions can help to bring more presence, clarity, and calm in life and school- and is particularly important in these times. This session will include brief meditation, instruction, and discussion and is suitable for beginners and those with experience in mindfulness.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
