In honor of Women’s History Month, SCI will host the "Women Leading the Way" panel discussion, spotlighting women in public safety. These extraordinary women will share their journeys of breaking barriers and advancing in traditionally male-dominated fields while discussing the challenges they have faced within their careers. The panel will emphasize the importance of gender equity, overcoming bias, and creating more opportunities for women to thrive in public safety, ensuring they continue to lead and inspire change for future generations.
