The SCA Alumni Screening Series invites you and a guest to a special screening of

Doin' It

About Doin' It

Doin’ It is a 13-episode web series about two best friends and creative partners following ALL the advice to make their entertainment career dreams come true… starting solidly at the bottom of the ladder. Each episode chronicles Leah and Lia’s misadventures as they take to heart conventional wisdom like, “you should make a web series,” “make your boss love you,” and “don’t date in the industry” in their pursuit of the mysterious and elusive big break. Will their struggles with slightly sociopathic mentors, being pigeonholed into stereotypes, not stacking up to that guy on social media that throws things at people at gas stations, a pregnancy scare, a botched threesome, and trying to have more "life experience" to be good writers (which is code for being drunk and very sad) FINALLY bring them closer to the dream? ….Maybe!

LEAH FOLTA '12 and LIA WOODWARD '12

Leah Folta and Lia Woodward were fortunate their wild one-night-writing-stand in college turned into a loving writing partnership. They have written sketches for Comedy Central and Elite Daily and run an Onion-style website, leahandlia.com.
