USC Gould School of Law Prof. Sam Erman will deliver the Supreme Court Historical Society’s Inaugural Constitution Day Lecture in Washington, D.C., (and on Zoom), on Sept 17.

Author of  the bok Almost Citizens: Puerto Rico, the U.S. Constitution, and Empire, Erman will explore the story of Puerto Rico and the Constitution following annexation in 1898.

For non-members, the price of tickets to attend on Zoom is $10.00
