We are excited to announce our special edition ASPD seminar on the "Role of Public Spaces: A Global Perspective" on Thursday, March 22nd from 6-7:30pm at RGL 100.

This is first of the series of seminars organized by ASPD (Associated Students of Planning & Development) to address comparative global approaches to urbanization and settlement patterns. This seminar is going to focus on the appropriation of public spaces and its role in strengthening communities globally.

We have recruited a terrific panel consisting of Professor Annette Kim, Associate Professor and Director of Spatial Analysis Lab at USC Sol School of Public Policy; Vinayak Bharne, Principal, Moule & Polyzoides Architects and Urbanists; and Hue-Tam Jamme, Ph.D. candidate in Urban Planning and Development at the USC Sol School of Public Policy.

We will be serving light refreshments at the beginning of the seminar. Please see attached flyer for more details. We hope to see many of you there!
