The goal of this CE is to increase awareness of available antipsychotic LAI and their respective pharmacokinetic properties. Antipsychotic LAIs are shown to reduce the risk of relapse and hospitalization compared to oral antipsychotic use.

Objectives
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

• Review the dosing and frequency of FDA approved antipsychotic long actinginjectables (LAI)
• Describe the different pharmacokinetic profiles of each antipsychotic LAI formulation
• Compare the benefits and risks of initiating antipsychotic LAI treatment in an outpatient psychiatric setting
