In this Facilitation Course I am going to share with you my understanding and best practices to create a space that leads to engagement, connection, and transformation. Some of these principles apply to all events, online as well as in-person.

The focus will be to help you develop your facilitation skills so you can host programs that truly make a difference. All our sessions will be recorded and shared in a private online community, so you can always access the material. Parts of the calls will also be shared with future program participants.

The elements of a transformational event or workshop: how to design your event/workshop, estimate time, and plan with your audience in mind. How to make your online gatherings just as amazing as when in-person (or close enough!)

The deep work of Presence and Purpose: how to create an energetic container that leads to insights and transformation
Take Away: This is what makes the most difference in a Facilitator's effectiveness and it requires deep practice.

Spread the word: how to talk/write about your event + event marketing 101
Take Away: How to reach your audience in an effective way

- Friday October 29th
A special evening dedicated to an aspect of creating transformational events that will support this specific group. Details will be announced during the program

Presentation: One person from the group will get a chance to try out hosting a short event/workshop and receive coaching and feedback to grow as a facilitator

1:1 Coaching (Oct 12 - Nov 12)
