Come to the University Religious Life Center room 108 to crank out work and learn how to ACTUALLY be PRODUCTIVE! We will be guiding you through 25 minute intense study periods followed by a 5-minute mindfulness infused breaks. Of course, we will also have FREE FOOD! Mindful SC and CLOVER are coming together to bring you yummy plant-based foods full of brain-boosting antioxidants and vitamins to teach YOU how to live conscientiously and be mindful throughout your day!
